Banga, June 04 (MANJINDER SINGH) Taking the shelter of the eternally blessed Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji, Guru Nanak Mission Medical and Educational Trust Dhahan Kaleran organized a Shaheed Gurmat Samagam dedicated to the martyrdom of the crown of martyrs, the fifth guru of peace, Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji, today at Gurdwara Guru Nanak Mission Hospital Dhahan Kaleran with great devotion. This morning, all the sangat and students performed the Sehaj Path of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji in a congregational manner at the Gurdwara Sahib. Later, in the Shaheed Gurmat Samagam, Bhai Gurbachan Singh Khalsa Hazuri Raagi Sri Darbar Sahib Sri Amritsar Sahib made the sangat hear the Guru's Jas Sarvan through Gurbani Kirtan and encouraged the sangat to take Amrit and become Guru Wale. On this occasion, Bhai Joga Singh Hazuri Raagi Gurdwara Guru Nanak Mission Dhahan Kaleran also attended the ceremony with Gurbani Kirtan.
In the event, Kulwinder Singh Dhahan, the president of the trust, remembered the crown of martyrs, the pillar of peace, the unparalleled martyrdom of the fifth Guru, Guru Arjan Dev Ji and told about its greatness that Guru Ji has taught us all to live in the presence of God. S. Dhahan informed the congregation in detail about the unique martyrdom of Guru Ji and the history of Guru Arjan Dev Ji from his childhood to his martyrdom. Hardev Singh Kahma, the former president, while addressing the congregation, paid homage to the martyrdom of Sri Guru Arjan Dev Ji and inspired the congregation to work, chant the name and enjoy the distribution while following the path of service and meditation shown by Guru Sahib. S. Kahma also made the congregation aware of the increasing evils in the society.
Former President Malkiat Singh Bahrowal, Jathedar Satnam Singh Ladian, Gurdeep Singh Dhahan, Barjinder Singh Happy Klaran, Prof. Harbans Singh Bolina Director of Education, Vanita Chot Principal Guru Nanak Mission Public Senior Secondary School, Ramandeep Kaur Principal Guru Nanak College of Nursing Dhahan Klaran, Mahinderpal Singh Office Superintendent, all doctors, hospital staff, heads of various institutions, nursing college, senior secondary school, paramedical college teachers and all students, trust staff members and dignitaries of the area were also present in the Shaheedi Gurmat Samagam. On this occasion, cold and sweet water was served and Guru ka langar was also served. On this occasion, Bhai Joga Singh served as the stage secretary.
