ਖਟਕੜ ਕਲਾਂ(ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ), 27 ਜੁਲਾਈ(ਮਨਜਿੰਦਰ ਸਿੰਘ) ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖਟਕੜ ਕਲਾਂ ਵਿਖੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ-ਏ-ਆਜ਼ਮ ਸਰਦਾਰ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਿਊਜੀਅਮ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਨਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਦਾ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਮਾਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਸੋਮਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
ਜਜਬੇ ਅਤੇ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਸੰਗਰਸ਼ ਦੀ ਭਾਵਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਇਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਜੈਕਟ ਕਰੀਬ 52 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੀ ਲਾਗਤ ਨਾਲ ਮੁਕੰਮਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਜੋ ਸੈਲਾਨੀਆ ਲਈ ਬੇਹੱਦ ਅਨੁਭਵ ਆਜ਼ਾਦੀ ਸੰਗਰਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਵਜੋਂ ਸੰਕਲਪਿਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਜਿੰਦਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਬਲੀਦਾਨ ਦੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਪਹਿਲੂਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੜਾਅਵਾਰ ਦਰਸਾਏਗਾ ਜੋ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀਆਂ ਪੀੜੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਦੇਸ਼ ਭਗਤੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਸਰੋਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ਸਮਾਗਮ ਦੀਆਂ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਜਾਇਜ਼ਾ ਲੈਣ ਪੁੱਜੇ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਅੰਕੁਰਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ, ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸੈਰ ਸਪਾਟਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੇ ਡਾਇਰੈਕਟਰ ਸੰਜੀਵ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਨੇ ਵੱਖ-ਵੱਖ ਵਿਭਾਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਸਮੇਤ ਮਿਊਜੀਅਮ ਅਤੇ ਨੀਂਹ ਪੱਥਰ ਸਮਾਰੋਹ ਵਾਲੀ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ‘ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧਾਂ ਦੀ ਸਮੀਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਲੋੜੀਂਦੇ ਨਿਰਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚੱਜੇ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਨੇਪਰੇ ਚਾੜ੍ਹਨ ਲਈ ਤਿਆਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਤਿਮ ਛੋਹਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ ਜਾ ਰਹੀਆਂ ਹਨ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦ ਦੇ ਮੱਦੇਨਜ਼ਰ ਪੰਡਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਹਰ ਪੱਖੋਂ ਢੁੱਕਵੇਂ ਇੰਤਜਾਮ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ। ਜਿਕਰਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿਖੇ ਵਿਸ਼ਾਲ ਥੀਮੈਂਟਿਕ ਗੇਟ ਬਣੇਗਾ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸੈਲਾਨੀ ਵਿਰਾਸਤੀ ਮਾਰਗ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਮਹਾਨ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨਗੇ। ਇਸ ਕੰਪਲੈਕਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਡੀਟੋਰੀਅਮ, ਜੱਦੀ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਦ੍ਰਿਸ਼, ਸੁੰਦਰ ਬਾਗਬਾਨੀ, ਲੈਂਡ ਸਕੈਪਿੰਗ ਆਦਿ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ਤਾਵਾਂ ਹੋਣਗੀਆਂ।

Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann will lay the foundation stone of the Shaheed Bhagat Singh Heritage Complex on Monday here adjacent to the Shaheed-e-Azam Sardar Bhagat Singh Museum.
The project would dedicate to the people after completion as a tribute to the freedom struggle and sacrifices of great martyrs. Shaheed Bhagat Singh Heritage Complex will showcase various aspects of the life of the great martyrs of the country in phases thus proving a source of inspiration for nationalism and patriotism for the younger generations.
Deputy Commissioner Ankurjeet Singh along with Punjab Tourism and Cultural Affairs Department’s Director Sanjeev Tiwari and other officials of various departments also reviewed the arrangements at the museum and the foundation stone ceremony site. They gave necessary instructions to the officials for final touch to be given at the function site. He said that in view of arrival of people necessary arrangements including security had been made.
Pertinently, a magnificent thematic gate will be built at the heritage complex, through which tourists will get historical information about the great martyrs through the heritage street. This complex will have features such as auditorium, replica of ancestral house, beautiful, landscaping for the facilitation of tourist
