District Police installs reflectors on trolleys and urges them to quit drugs:

 Banga January 17 (Manjinder Singh)  At Sugar Mill Banga Road Nawanshahr under the able direction of District Police Chief SBS Nagar Mrs. Alka Meena and Madam Deepika Singh DSP Nawanshahr under the able guidance of ASI Hussan Lal in charge of District Education Cell  Reflectors were installed On trolleys On the occasion ASI apprised the farmers about the traffic rules and said that it was very important to install reflectors on the vehicles which do not have lights on the backs so that accidents could be avoided at night.  He said that drug addiction not only has physical and economic effects but also weakens the socially . If anyone is addicted to drugs then the government has set up 7 drug de-addiction centers in the district to cure them.  If anyone  sells, his information can be given on telephone numbers 112 and 8360833805. The name of the informant will be kept confidential.  On the occasion General Secretary Sugar Mill Workers Union Punjab Amarjit Karnana, Chief Sugarcane Development Officer Jaswant Singh and Sugarcane Inspector Bhag Singh Praised  the efforts of the district police and thanked the District  Chief of Police.  Haripal Singh Jadli Director Sugarfed was also present on the occasion.
