ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਬਤੌਰ ਡਵੀਜ਼ਨਲ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਐਕਸਾਈਜ ਵਿਭਾਗ  ਤੋਂ ਸੇਵਾਮੁਕਤ ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰ ,ਬੇਦਾਗ ਸ਼ਖਸੀਅਤ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਿਲਾਪੜੇ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਲਈ ਜਾਣੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਆਮ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਮਦਰਦ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਸ਼ਹਾਬਪੁਰ ਅੱਜ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋ ਗਏ। ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਨੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਬਨਿਟ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਸਿੰਘ ਧਾਲੀਵਾਲ ਦੀ ਹਾਜਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਸਾਫ਼ ਸੁਥਰੇ ਅਕਸ ਵਾਲੇ ਵਿਅਕਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ " ਆਪ " ਵਿਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਦੋਆਬਾ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿਚ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜੀ.ਐਸ.ਟੀ. ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਅਤੇ ਐਕਸਾਈਜ ਕਾਨੂੰਨ ਦੇ ਮਾਹਿਰ ਮੰਨੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਫੀ ਲੰਬਾ ਸਮਾਂ ਪਾਲਿਸੀ ਵਿੰਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਸਫਰ ਸਲਾਘਾਯੋਗ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ। ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵਿਭਾਗੀ ਤਜਰਬਾ ਆਬਕਾਰੀ ਤੇ ਕਰ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਦੀ ਕਾਰਗੁਜ਼ਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਹਤਰ ਬਨਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਲੀਏ  ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਤੌਰ ਤੇ ਮਦਦਗਾਰ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ  ਇੱਥੇ ਇਹ ਵੀ ਦੱਸਣ ਯੋਗ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਜ਼ਿਲਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦ ਭਗਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨਗਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਸਹਾਬਪੁਰ ਦੇ ਜੰਮਪਲ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਨਵਾਂ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੱਕੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਆਮ ਆਦਮੀ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਹੋਣ ਉਪਰੰਤ ਪਰਮਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਭਗਵੰਤ ਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਨੇ ਜਿਸ ਉਮੀਦ ਨਾਲ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਲਗਨ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਨਾਲ ਪਾਰਟੀ ਲਈ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਗੇ

Paramjit Singh Shahabpur, resident of district Shahid Bhagat Singh Nagar, retired from Jalandhar as Divisional Commissioner of Excise Department, honest, unblemished personality and sympathizer of common people known for his sociable nature, joined Aam Aadmi Party today.  Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann included him in the party in the presence of Cabinet Minister S. Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal.  Chief minister said that with the inclusion of such persons with a clean image in "AAP", the party will be even stronger in Doaba region.  He said that Paramjit Singh . expert i GST law and excise law and has been working in the policy wing of the department for a long time.  His departmental journey has been glorious.His  departmental experience 

 will prove particularly helpful to the government to improve the performance of the Excise and Taxation Department and increase government revenue.After joining the Aam Aadmi Party, Paramjit Singh while talking to the media said that he will work hard to fulfill the hope that Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has given him in the party
