ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਵਿਭਾਗ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਹਦਾਇਤਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਵੱਖ ਵੱਖ ਸਕੂਲਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਭਾਸ਼ਾ ਦੇ ਬੋਲਣ ,ਲਿਖਣ ਸੁਣਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਮਝਣ ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਗੁਣਾਤਮਕ ਅਤੇ ਗਿਣਾਤਮਿਕ ਵਾਧਾ ਕਰਨ ਤਹਿਤ ਬਣਾਏ ਗਏ ਇੰਗਲਿਸ਼ ਬੂਸਟਰ ਕਲੱਬਾਂ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸੀਨੀਅਰ ਸੈਕੰਡਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਆਫ ਐਮੀਨੈਂਸ ਬੰਗਾ ਵਿਖੇ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਬਣਾਏ ਇੰਗਲਿਸ਼ ਬੂਸਟਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਲਾਕ ਅਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਕਰਨ ਕਾਰਨ ਜਿਲਾ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਬੰਗਾ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਦਫਤਰ ਜਿਲਾ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਫਸਰ ਦੀ ਤਰਫ ਤੋਂ ਅੰਗਰੇਜ਼ੀ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਸਨਮਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ।ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਹੇਠ ਬੰਗਾ ਸਕੂਲ ਦੇ ਇੰਗਲਿਸ਼ ਬੂਸਟਰ ਕਲੱਬ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬੜੀਆਂ ਸ਼ਾਨਾਂ ਮਤੀਆਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤੀਆਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ ।ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਜਿਲਾ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੈਕਚਰਾਰ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤ ਪਾਲ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੂੰ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੀ ਕਲਾਸ ਦੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਹਾਜ਼ਰੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਮੈਡਲ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸਨਮਾਨਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਸਮੁੱਚੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀਆਂ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਵਾ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਮੌਕੇ ਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਿੰਸੀਪਲ ਅਮਰੀਕ ਸਿੰਘ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਬਲਾਕ ਰਿਸੋਰਸ ਕੋਆਰਡੀਨੇਟਰ ਵਰਿੰਦਰ ਬੰਗਾ ਦਾ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ
