Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) announced a special Diwali Offer across India to spread festive joy among its customers. As families come together to celebrate the Festival of Lights, BSNL is offering a bouquet of festive plans for every customer segment — from new users to long-time subscribers, from individual consumers to businesses, and even special benefits for senior citizens.
This all-India plan will be valid from October 18, 2025, to November 18, 2025.To welcome new members into the BSNL family, the company has introduced a token ₹1 Diwali 4G Plan, which essentially offers one month of free mobile services for new customers. By paying only ₹1 as a token activation charge, new users can enjoy 30 days of unlimited connectivity — a festive gift from BSNL as they join the celebrations.This plan reflects BSNL’s confidence in its newly deployed, indigenously developed 4G network and invites customers to experience its quality first-hand, virtually free of cost. The offer is valid for new customers who subscribe between October 15 and November 15, 2025.
Announcing the festive plan, Pawan Kumar Negi, Principal General Manager, BSNL Jalandhar, said'Diwali is about new beginnings and brighter connections. We are delighted to welcome new customers with a one-month gift. This Diwali Bonanza Plan, priced at just ₹1, allows people to experience our state-of-the-art, Make-in-India 4G network as the nation comes together in celebration. We believe that once users experience our enhanced quality, they will continue their journey with BSNL well beyond the festive season.”
For existing customers, BSNL is adding extra sparkle to the celebrations with a Diwali Lucky Draw full of surprises. Every BSNL user who recharges with ₹100 or more through the BSNL Self-Care App or BSNL website on October 18, 19, or 20, 2025, will be automatically entered into the festive lucky draw — whether they are long-time subscribers or newly joined during the bonanza period.
Each day, ten lucky customers will win a 10-gram silver coin, which will be delivered to them.
